once instalation completes assuming everything installed correctly then you just cut and paste all the items you removed from folder before reinstalling. reinstall all content that did not install only don't reinstall content already installed because it could mess it up again or not work at all. select everything inside folder and safely cut and paste into a folder on your desktop.
after opening find the folder named dccache.
